Customs, Duties & Taxes

Delays, Missing or Lost Packages 

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the courier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur.

In the case of a lost package, we will work with the courier to resolve the matter accordingly.
