Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges 

We offer a 7-day exchange policy. As our warehouse is based in the United Arab Emirates, exchanges are currently only accepted within the UAE. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. 

To request an exchange, please contact us at contact@alreemstudios.com. All requests must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

We do not offer refunds. Any approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you accordingly. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Sale items and accessories are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
